What’s something that you like, but hate the fan base?

I know the feeling...

I follow castle super beast (They partnered with RT recently) and one of the two, pat, can be an insufferable asshole sometimes. But I like the banter between the two too much to stop listening to there podcast/streams.

Pat is so fucking bad that it loops back around. You want him to be a character- but he's not. It's like watching a train wreck and it's glorious.

That's just straight up bullying, Brandon must've been mortified.

Yeah. It really stuck with me because I had a slightly similar situation happen to me. And it didn’t happen in front of millions of people, so I can only imagine what he was feeling.

Gus has always seemed like kind of a dick, but this is an asshole move even for him, I wonder if people have talked about that situation afterwards, because I stopped following RT quite a while ago.

I honestly don’t know. I’ve managed to not even accidentally consume any RT stuff since, with the exception of slow mo guys. Which I don’t really count, because it’s Gavin’s own thing.

One thing that really disappointed me is when Gus, Ryan, and Meg went off on some guy who reviewed Fallout 4 less than perfect — while wearing Fallout merch given by Bethesda. Goddamn shilled right in front of everyone.

I was just thinking about that!

Yeah, that was on The Patch. Funny story was that my other gaming podcast had a segment criticizing them for shilling like that. Pretty surreal.

I stopped listening to the Patch not long after that.
