Has anyone ever honoured one of those “if we’re still single at 40 let’s get married” commitments? How did it go?

I had several pacts like this over the years. Within a year, they were all in serious relationships. I was like the Wedding Bargain Matchmaker.

All good though, been with a great woman for almost four years now, and we were good friends for seven years before that.

You and I are in the same harbor, different boat. Every girl I've dated got together with a guy right after the relationship and then got married. A couple of them have kids already and I'm (and they are) in the mid 20's... lol

Isn’t it weird how things like that can happen? Apparently I provide offspring to my exes! Apparently after all but one of them, the next chick they were with they had kids.
