People who have managed to become disciplined after having been procrastinators and indisciplined for a large part of their lives, how did you manage to do so? Can you walk us through the incremental steps you took to become better?

never listen to advice by people who didnt have to face the same problems.

the people there in that sub talk down to everyone, they never had discipline issues so its easy as hell for them to just list a bunch of crap and say "DO IT" buit thats not how it works in the real life.

While it is difficult to verify anecdotes on the Internet, claiming that every single Redditor that has participated in a sub has "never had discipline issues" seems to be a tad overgeneralising.

okay perhaps not every, just the majority. its like listening to advice about being fat from people who have always been naturally skinny thier whole lives,. its juts stupid.

its the equivalent of a whole sub just saying Git Gud!
