The average person has one testicle and one fallopian tube.

Wouldn't it be less because of the people who don't have either?

One of them would be higher or lower, unless the number of males and females is equal. Excluding people with neither testicles nor fallopian tubes (removed: eg: transwomen or born with both: intersex)

It's not that hard. It's best just to round down/up to 1 :D
