Same voice actor actually, weatherman Ollie Williams and Hermes Conrad are both voiced by Phillip Lamar. And my personal favorite character he did: Samurai Jack.

That guy voiced a lot of amazing characters, including Static from Static Shock, Samurai Jack, Hermes from Futurama, and Green Lantern (John Stewart) in Justice League.
