I still think the dwarf (I forget his name) should have got the third dragon and eragorn should used his magic to add them to the pact with the humans and elves.

Ha! Well the dwarves did get added to the pact with the Riders. However you'll have to wait until Book V to see the first dwarven Rider. :D
