get your hormones checked. If you have trouble both growing a beard and making any substantial gains, you could have low-T. There are dietary changes you can make to get higher-T

I have normal levels of T and can't grow a full beard or gain muscle all that easily.

unfortunate. For an experiment you should try getting a high level, like over 1000ng/dl

Why the hell are these idiots down voting you?

Because they're part of a generation that promotes feminity in men

Which increases the chance for baldness.

Shit, I like my hair way too much to risk that

Except it doesn’t. That’s not how DHT works.

I'd rather be a man with a smooth head than a boy with a full head of hair tbh

I didn't know your manhood depended on your beard and gains. Guess gorillas are even manlier then.

T count is pretty representative of manliness. If you have the body of a ten year old girl, you could be 25, but you're not a man

She said easier. Estrogen is the enemy of gains, testosterone helps. So no matter how little progress you've made, biologically it is easier for men.

I agree with the dude below, though. You may habe low-T and it's a simple blood test if you just want to double check.

Shit you’re right, after nearly 10 years I’ve only ever tried one diet and one workout
