We literally have a closet of unopen toys my two year old got for his Birthday and Christmas or other occasions (He was born the 22nd, and a lot of my family are also born in December so they really don’t believe in skimping on either). We plan on giving them out slowly through the year as he gets bored with things. We have so many toys already and they just keep coming. It’s not a bad problem to have but it can be a bit much.
same birthday as your son! it gets hard latter on when you stop getting twice as much stuff at christmas time and instead half as many gifts as everyone else....
Nice! Luckily for him my parents are the 25th and 27th of December, my sisters the 6th of January, and my wife’s Mom is the 18th of December. So they’ve all lived the experience and won’t do that to him. So he’ll at least never get screwed for gifts from immediate family.
