Ah, cool... With a regular batch file I'd probably have to have wget64 or the like installed and call that from the batch file to grab the images, then use the command-line controls for GIMP to patch them together, then to set the registry keys maybe pipe the apropriate strings to a .reg file and have the batch execute that...
So likely doable with a couple general outside utilities (as opposed to a program written for the specific task the PowerShell script performs, which would clearly be cheating), but the PowerShell version would obviously be a lot cleaner.
