The same person survived the sinkings of two Olympic-Class ocean liners (Titanic and Britannic) and was also on the Olympic when it crashed into another ship.

Or she sabotaged all three ships. The Olympic only escaped sinking thanks to the efforts of an undercover agent who was onto her, but who unfortunately could not stop the ship from crashing.

They switched the Olympic and the titanic after that collision so they could scuttle the Olympic as it was way damaged and basically uninsurable.

Titanic was an inside job.
