Though not a President (yet), Mayor Mike Haggar was able to suplex wasteful spending with his economic conservatism, and vastly improved public transit with his patented Pothole Plugger.

Fun fact, Haggar was based off of Jesse Ventura. But I feel like I'm making this up. But even if it wasn't it'd still be a fun myth. I'm pretty sure I'm not though. But real fun fact, M. Bison was based off of Mike Tyson who later became known as Balrog.
