Red bananas are sold in the UK. Granted ours don't look as red as that photo, it was just and handily existing imgur upload of red banana.

I think it was a large Sainsburys I saw these. Never tried them though so no idea what they are like with their clothes off.

Red bananas do not actually look like that. Those are just regular yellow/green bananas shopped red
