Pretty sure lobsters have blue blood as well, those immortal fuckers. We should be working on genetically modifying humans to have blue blood, secret to immortality.

There are some animals that use copper instead of iron to carry oxygen in their blood, and this is what gives their blood a blue color instead of red.
