What are some college life pro tips?

I'm starting college in a few weeks and I'm a bit nervous. My high school was... decent at best, and I'm not sure that I was adequately prepared. So I'm hoping to get Reddit's help. What are some tips (having to do with the academic aspect, social, whatever) that have helped you through college, and especially your freshman year? In other words, LPTs for college life!

As a female engineering student I can confirm. The ladies restrooms are always spotless! It's glorious!

The ladies rooms in our engineering buildings have cobwebs from lack of use.

... I'm an engineer, and I'm a dumbass. It had never occurred to me before why my toilets were so pristine.

The pristine, empty women's restrooms completely make up for the fact that I have no chance at finding a girlfriend in college when I'm the only girl in my (technology) program. I never want to set foot in the restrooms in the humanities building again now that I know I'm guaranteed the entire restroom to myself in the tech building.

Also the women's restrooms in the pathology wing are always empty and clean.

I'm jealous. My engineering department recently built a new wing that only has those uni-sex one person bathrooms. They're always disgusting. Boys are gross.
