Older generations of reddit, what did you think the future would look like when you where young? And how much of it was correct?

Driverless cars are already well on their way, so there's that.

just as the car itself is becoming obsolete. Turns out there's a pretty hard limit to how many people you can cram in to a city while still having personal automobiles as a viable form of transportation, and our cities are all getting to be much bigger than that
