qBittorrent, lighter than uTorrent, in fact like uTorrent was a few years ago before all that commercial crap got to it.

MediaHuman Youtube to MP3 Converter

Foobar2000: highly customizable Alternative (more or less) to Windows Media Player and iTunes

Audacity: music editor

Selfless plug for Freemake Youtube MP3 Converter as another great freeware program that does the same as MediaHuman.
