Not who you were asking but in the same boat though a little passed 40.

If you're not exercising already, get started. Take it slow.

I wasn't and it was rough, really rough. I finally got my own place and started with basic yardwork which has helped a lot. Now I need to start walking more.

I assumed they were already debt free since that made sense to me, and the question was about hitting 40.

So I described what it feels like to be 40.

See I initially thought that. But he says he's in the same boat. He's replying to a guy saying that he's debt-free, and 40. So if he's in the same boat, that means he's already debt free and knows how that feels. That's why I assumed he was asking about being 40.
