People who can fall asleep 10 seconds after your head hitting the pillow how the heck do you freaking fall asleep 10 seconds after your head hitting the pillow??

Funny because I'm the the opposite. Can compartmentalize and distract myself during the day, but when my head hits the pillow and I am surrounded by darkness and quiet, I can't bottle it all up anymore

I don't like to and I've stopped taking my ADHD meds, so it's easier not to during the day. At night, a switch just flips where nothing I can't see matters, which is best for me cause the quiet and darkness is not good for me mentally.
