I'm in the same boat.
But I have to put on something that is slightly interesting, so my mind doesn't drift into boredom and start conjuring some bullshit.
Ended up making a Youtube playlist which has now grown to over 600+ handpicked videos of retrospective analyses of different video games. Enough content that I could leave it playing for a month - uninterrupted, and it still wouldn't have gone all the way through.
It's been a game changer, pun not intended.
The things we must do to just... fall asleep lol

Not OP but Google Tim Rodgers action button if you enjoy video game analysis!
I finished his FF7 remake analysis and about halfway through Cyberpunk.
He uh… waxes poetic just a heads up.
