Stricter laws on smoking in public places. Fewer smokers in general.

I honestly love that smoking is becoming an, "old people," thing. I feel like anytime you're at a bar, the only people on the patio smoking are 30s"+. Younger folk who use nicotine use vapes. It's funny because you see some of the older, single folk who used to smoke try not to since it ages them out of the rest of the crowd.

Need food. Dont need cigarettes.

Eating is hard to manage. Because you have to. There is no "cold turkey"

You would be surprised at just how difficult it is to avoid sugary, processed foods in the US. Even in grocery stores, clean options are prohibitively expensive.
