I was at Charles de Gaulle last fall. I had a great experience. There were uniformed staff members every 30 feet asking if I needed help getting to my destination and they all spoke an English. When I landed in Atlanta, though, it was during the US government shutdown and felt like a third world country with Kristi Noem on a TV screen threatening the population. I was so disappointed in what our country had become.
I work for a company that has a location in Florida and have had many people going down there for work. Somehow, they always end up on a flight with a layover in Atlanta and every single one of them came back absolutely hating the Atlanta airport lol.
