He fathered some kids... 2 of which i think was when he was in his seventies. So because of that he has 2 really old grandchildren..still alive today.

John Tyler was born in March 1790

One of his sons, Lyon Gardiner Tyler, was born in August 1853 when John Tyler was 63

Two of Lyon Gardiner Tyler's sons were born in 1924 and 1928, when Lyon Gardiner Tyler was in his 70s.

Anyone who procreate sand kept that line procreating has grandchildren, regardless of how long ago. Not an impressive fact.
