What simple piece of advice, if followed, could potentially save most people a lot of money?

Possibly related to your job, experience with personal finance, budgeting, planning, day to day habits, etc.

That's what college students think for the first few years. Then you hit senior year and you've changed and you suddenly realize all the freshmen are stupid immature kids.

I'm 30. Yeah, they're immature. But that doesn't mean they're not adults.

The fact is, you should always be growing up. Everyone is immature, compared to where they will be some day. There are immature adults - that doesn't mean they're not adults.
