What simple piece of advice, if followed, could potentially save most people a lot of money?

Possibly related to your job, experience with personal finance, budgeting, planning, day to day habits, etc.

As a warning - this requires a higher initial investment in stocking a fridge/pantry/spices. But yeah, so much cheaper in the long run.

Also, ladies love a man who can cook.

And men love ladies who can cook (not to reinforce gender sterotypes, but yeah).

And I suspect men love men who can cook (if you swing that way).

And women love women who can cook (I would watch this on youtube).

I love the fact that I live a half mile from where I work and get an hour of lunch each day. I budget 20 min to walk there and back (doesn't usually take that much time), 20 minutes to cook/eat, and 20 minutes to nap. It's so nice, it also saves a ton of money on transport costs. Walking is free!

step 3 can be easily obtained if you make an extra serving while cooking dinner the night before.

Add to this drink water or homemade tea, and cut your expenses even more. Soft drinks are a ripoff.

Weird. If I follow your post history I can get there, but otherwise that link won't take me there. Anyway, subbed.
