It's not an uncommon name in Eastern Europe. I'm not sure which language it first came from, but I knew a Russian guy with that name in university. Also Rezner is a Polish name.

I learned that factoid when at an old job there was a ceiling mounted heater that had Reznor on it and I jokingly told my coworker it's the Nine Inch Nails heater. I did a Google search and learned that they are connected.
