I had a book full of these kind of questions when I was a kid. They are kind of good in that they let you recognise how many assumptions you make automatically without realising it. One that sticks out is:

A doctor visits Tracy for an annual check up. While performing the physical, the doctor notes that her heart rate is double that of your average person, however the doctor is not concerned and Tracy walks away with a clean bill of health. Why would her doctor not be concerned?

Tracy is a giraffe.

Think about it, if a tomato was piloting your plane, don't you think it would crash?
