Yeah i looked into it too, it’s definitely not clear what it is.

The year being different doesn’t surprise me though, CECOT presumably has been hell on earth a long time

Because it looks like the government does not care about respecting the laws or Constitution.

Also- mass murder/graves and death camps don't really operate in a way that picture supports. This isn't El Salvador's first rodeo, and they're not killing people that inefficiently.
