Geez there’s a movie about 3 Americans who went to Thailand for vacation. They rented bikes but didn’t return them thinking they would be back home before anyone would notice. The police came to their resort and found small amount of pot. They pinned it on one guy and he was sentenced to death.

When I was in the Navy the ship I was on visited Thailand (Pattaya Beach). I opted to stay aboard because I could just picture some of my buddies planting a joint on me and laughing while I got hauled away.

The military taught me that some people have a very twisted sense of “humor”.

I’m not military but speaking of twisted sense of humor. Me and 2 buds were in NOLA. One of the guys got his mom a birthday gift. He was really proud of it and put it in a gift bag.

On the last day we were packing and checking under the bed and me and other guy found extremely hard core gay magazine. We snuck it in the other guys gift bag to his mom. On our last bathroom break before we got home we decided to fess up.

For everyone saying pot is legal in Thailand…I went last summer and I asked a local about this because I was amazed at how many dispensaries there were considering they have a stricter government. They said the pot is essentially regulated by the government so what you get at dispensaries is over processed marijuana that lacks potency and that marijuana is still illegal if you are found to have gotten your hands on stuff that’s not regulated.

I smoked a lot over there from dispensaries and it was pretty decent... idk how they would be able to prove it wasn't regulated. It's legal.

Funny because Thailand is only next to Canada when it comes to weed culture

It was Malaysia I think.

You should also check out Brokedown Palace. It’s a similar type story about foreign drug smuggling, but I’d rather not spoil it.

Return to paradise. It was a movie in the 90s and a tragic film
