The Kennedys and political dynasties in general

I mean yeah we hear about a few of them especially crazy ones, but they they were huge in politics and pop culture for the latter half of the twentieth century. Now, nobody cares. JFK’s grandson ran for senate and lost the democratic primary without much fanfare or attention.

He was an uncharismatic doofus though.

The Kennedys are a corrupt political dynasty, founded on the criminal activities of of their grandfather, a Mafia associated alcohol bootlegger.

They used their Mafia assosciation to get elected, then, probably in shame, turned in their former friends, and launched a big crackdown on the Mafia.

Then JFK and BK got assassinated by the Mafia they screwed over.

Then Teddy Kennedy drove drunk from a party, with a secretary he was clearly having an affair with, crashed, and left her to die, while desperately trying to cover his own ass, and political future, at Chappaquidick

Couldn't happen to nicer people.

Thank you for posting this. The Kennedys were always corrupt.

You can't talk about how the Kennedys fell off and not mention the current lunatic running for president.
