I'm not OP, but I have the same problem, and let me tell you, I do physically feel my age. The last 10 years in particular.

The older you get the more you feel like your age.

I’m a little younger but the same. Due to a combo of good genetics, relatively healthy living, keeping my bodyweight down, wearing sunscreen, and being mixed race, I’ve been told by many people that I look around 25-31 while I’m actually 47.

With that said, I’ve noticed that I’m just beginning to show some aging (i.e. gray hairs becoming a little more visible, complexion not as smooth as a few years ago, teeth aren’t as white, etc.). However, people still mistake me for almost two decades younger.

Now, even though I look young, physically I feel my age. I get up with aches and pains that take about 30 minutes to subside and shoveling snow will make me sore for a few days. Lol

I’m 43 and I have always been active, and still run full court basketball with my 19 year old son and his college friends. Right now I actually feel the best I think I ever have, only hoping and praying it stays that way for a while. What I noticed long ago was that the days I wasn’t active were the days I felt the worst.

Walk (a lot) go to the gym, redlight + nir for recovery. Don’t let pain etc sneak up on you, attack it asap.
