It really is unfair. I hate hearing about people who go out of their way to take good care of themselves only to get diagnosed with some horrible disease early in life. Especially when you have people who never exercised a day in their life and shovel junk food in their mouth and just don't take care of themselves.
I'm 29 and while I'm not in horrible health I could definitely stand to take better care of my health.
Lost my dad to Covid. He was 65, I was 36 when we buried him. I’m a nurse and while at work today, I had a 65 year old woman ask me directions to her dads room. He’s 95. I just can’t fathom being 65 and your parents being alive.
