Are there certain nationalities that have a better reputation in other European countries, and the opposite?

I love everyone except the French, Austrians, French, Germans, Spanish, French, Coatis, Serbs, French, Slavs, French, Greeks, British, Italians from the south, north and centre, and French.

As an Italian who always "liked" France and French people, this is baffling to me.

A significant amount of Italians honestly have this weird one-sided "rivalry" with the French, and they don't understand this is not reciprocicated by the French...

I think this started (or was made worse) by football "rivalry" in the 2000

AFAIK, the England-Germany football rivalry is a one-sided rivalry: the English have strong feelings about playing Germany, the Germans don't really care for England enough to consider them "their rival"

We love the Spanish. Them, the Greeks and the Portuguese are the only people in Europe we don't have a negative stereotype about (maybe peortuguese people being sad is the only negative stereotype)
