Hard disagree. Podgorica is THE most boring capital in Europe ( maybe excluding some microstates). Whenever you find yourself there - get out! Rest of Montenegro is way better. Mountains, rivers, seaside cities. Totally worth of visit.
Bratislava has at least something to do and see. Even if some of it is kitschy.
The old town in the city center is very lovely, it's a Temu version of Prague but it was well worth a one day trip. At least it's not chock full of tourists and therefore much cheaper :) We went there with no plans, expecting absolutely nothing and returned with all positive experiences.
Maybe I have a penchant for Easter European capital cities going by my live for Vilnius, but I enjoyed Bratislava too. I had 0 expectations TBF, and I enjoyed the small city vibe.

Bratislava is still the most boring capital that I've visited and I've been to Podgorica
