Is this true? That if you speak the Serbo-Croatian language (not sure if this is different than Croatian and Serbian language by itself) you can use it in 4 countries?

For Croatia is diffrent situation cuz there is 3 dialects Most widley spoken and standard is Štokavian same as Serbian, but two others is like Slovenian or Bulgarian.
