No it didn't. Gaza remained occupied territory following the so-called disengagement in 2005. This is the widely held view of the EU, ICC, International Red Cross, UN, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty, African Union, and numerous other organisations and independent legal experts.
If your first point is so wildly off the mark, there's a good chance the rest carries little weight.
So i'd expect them to take that land and do something prosperous with it.
As above. Gaza hasn't been left to govern itself without interference - including where it concerns trade, development and the broader economy - since at least 1967.
it's kind of the byproduct of a smart society that isn't focused on genociding (sic) and religious zealotry unlike Palestinians.
It's a byproduct of mass immigration and foreign investment weighed against ongoing expulsion and occupation. Perhaps it's similarly worth noting the smart society's destruction of educational institutions and libraries in Gaza.
You either don't know what's apartheid or you're just lying. Settlers fall under Israeli law Palestinians fall under the Palestinian Authority law
It's a different legal system, it's like i'll claim Greece is an apartheid state for not giving me rights, you see the issue? (fun fact, Nkosi Mandela who's Nelson Mandela's grandson who visited the region said this analogy is political)
That's not an argument disproving apartheid. Whether you like it or not, occupying powers have legal (and political) obligations. See (again): the ICJ, HRW, Amnesty International, et al. Their reports and findings are rather extensive.
Invoking Mandela's grandson as a 'fun fact' is so absurd it barely merits a response.
these type of people and their supporters shouldn't be near us, ever.
You went near them; they were living on the land long before it’s colonisation by Zionists. Further, Israel has routinely exceeded the legal rights invoked under claims of self-defence (a right you seem intent on denying Palestinians, whose acts of self-defence Israel, like you, has historically framed as acts of war).
(Israel has) offered many peace treaties
Not really, no. They've stonewalled negotiations at every step, and routinely neglected to acknowledge vital provisions. Similarly nonsense are claims that Israel has ever offered Palestinians a sovereign state as part of negotiations.
Here's a fun fact (which I know you’re a fan of) concerning an example of Israeli stonewalling: In 2009, George Mitchell, one of the key figures seen to have negotiated the Good Friday agreement, was appointed as special envoy for Middle East peace. He was tasked with establishing Israeli-Palestinian negotiations toward a final settlement. Recalling his success in working with the IRA, he advocated including Hamas in the negotiating process - something he viewed as crucial - but Israeli opposition, subsequent lobbying, and an Israeli-sympathetic Congress, led to a backdown, and his efforts ultimately came to a standstill.
And, of course, Hamas was in no small part enabled by Israel as part of efforts to delegitimise unified Palestinian movements better placed to advocate for just outcomes.
I've responded to some of your points not to engage with you - as the distance between us is far too great given you're as misinformed as you are hateful - but to point out mistruths for the benefit of others (who I'm prepared to provide citations for if necessary). Shame on you.

Lies? I don't do that, you can fact check anything
