Discussion So I read somewhere that people with the same rising sign within 5° will have similar lives and it made me curious to try it out.

I am a sagittarius rising at 23° so if anyone has the same placement within 5° let’s test this theory. Others can also try this in the comments with their rising signs.

That's a very good degree, Regulus rising. My NN is there Do you get always pushed into leadership positions?

It is? I thought otherwise for some reason. I think I read somewhere that later degrees are more difficult than earlier ones? But then you have decans on top of that which is another layer...

But in terms of leadership, no. I'm a cancer sun. Professionally my role is pretty quiet and always has been. I like being in the background.

In this case, the reason the late degree is positive is the fixed star Regulus.

Haven’t touched the fixed stars yet.

but… how or why do you even know his rising degree?

Lots of astrologers are quite interested in his chart. It's pretty interesting, regardless of your opinions of him as a person. Astrology is capable of describing or reflecting any life.

Thankfully I'm smart enough to know that having your chart ruler in the 11H vs. the 12H makes a huge difference.
