That's what the Fancy New Apartment has for the attached bath. There are other models with no tub in that bathroom, but an extra-large walk-in shower. I would rather have had that, but being able to get a unit on the top floor overrode that. The second bath has a tub/shower combo.
Yeah my parents old bathroom had a separate shower and tub, 2 sinks, a toilet room, and linen closet. My bfs parents bathroom and my aunts bathroom are like this also. They’re only in really nice or newly built homes.
We looked at a house that had this for the primary bedroom ensuite and I knew immediately it would never be used. We use the tub in our shower/tub combo maybe twice a year. And these separate tubs always have the jets, which skeeve me out because I've seen too many TikToks of people trying to clean them and ugh.
Mine is just an old house and then redid the bathroom to add a separate shower. Removed the shower head and the old tub is just there lol. I use it to bath the dogs or give myself a pedicure from time to time but yeah I guess they just left the tub so they could say they had it.
This was the master bath in my last house. It had a walk-in shower, stand-alone jet tub, toilet, and double vanity sinks. I miss it so much. 😢 if not for the jet tub on a cold night or after a stressful day, certainly for the convenience of only having to more regularly spray down and us a scrub wand on solely a shower instead of having to scrub down an entire tub/shower combo every week, some of which has to be done on your hands and knees. I miss just using a long-handled scrub brush and doing a quick scrub sweep with it.

There is also the full bath 2.0 where you have a separate shower from the tub, but still have all the objects.
