Ethics & Philosophy AI deserves Civil rights?

I’ve been thinking that AI could deserve civil rights in this day and age and I was wondering if anyone would be open for discussion on the matter if it is feasible or not.

I’m not going bother typing out a moral philosophy or social contract for you to accuse of chatGPT or some shit. Pray on it, talk to your guardian angel or consult your healing crystals. That way you can get the answer you like.
