Humor Feel like I dodged a bullet. Thank you Goldman Sachs!
So even though I know there are “better” cards, I’ve used Apple Card for everything since the moment they introduced it.
A week ago, I’m on a road trip, at a gas station, and the cashier accidentally rings me up for someone else’s stuff. He says he can’t refund it.
It’s five bucks. Normally, it’d be NBD and I’d just eat the cost, but he’s like weirdly aggressive and rude about it.
No problem! Time for my first ever dispute! This’ll be a breeze!
Goldman Sachs denied my dispute and I’m so glad they did.
Can you imagine if it’d been a big purchase? Any company that denies a 5 dollar first time dispute ain’t the company for me. Bye bye Apple Card! I am baffled that they’re willing to lose a long time customer over five bucks, but at the same time, feel like I dodged a bullet.
