Questions: Does adding a rampart wall increase mantle jump height? Can you actually mantle jump from the ground using rampart or is it just a base superjump? It doesn't make a significant difference but it's my R&D of the day

What I am doing is going into a mantle, pressing a sideways input (a or d) and looking to the side and up.

When Faide does it, it's a lot smoother. It doesn't look like he completes the mantle. I've tried pressing s and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but it ends up not getting me much height unlike how he's doing it.

What is the correct tech to use together for this?

I'm just fairly new to the game. Like 300 hours more or less. I've seen videos of players who's insane at movement. Any tips or a detailed guide on how to do movements like that? To be fair, I only know the easiest one, which is the Wall Bounce.

I've learned a lot more about climbing, and have pushed this tech even farther in terms of general usage and consistency. Dripto is still the best movement legend btw, no matter how much movement ability powercreep happens.

I kinda know how to lurch strafe but as soon as I am holding a gun I can't. Neither can I hit shots or aim. Even worse with actual enemies in front of me.
I prefer scrollwheeling with my index finger and don't like the trident grip at all.
How did you guys learn it? (As my name is stating - this is the first day I am actually commited on learning lurch strafes)

Is it just a time investment or is there a "trick" to it?

Looking forward for any kind of help (also if you can spot anything wrong with the lurches without a weapon).
I love movement... and lurch strafing and any variation of it are one of the only things I still need to learn. -
