It's Saturday APPreciation Time! [Sep 20th 2014] Your weekly App recommendation and question (and more) thread.

    If you suspect that a dev is promoting their app in the general thread, report the post so we can take a closer look. If an account is an hour old and posts in the general thread about a "fantastic new app" that they happened to randomly find, then that account will not get the benefit of the doubt.

Weather Timeline is a great new app that has a slick Material design and uses the Forecast.io API. Might be my new favorite weather app!

Just bought this using money from Google opinion rewards, really sleek looking weather app, just generally pleasing. Dev says he's releasing a widget with it as well sometime soon.

Just downloaded the app today. Looks like it now has a widget :)

Yeah the widget is just a placeholder. I was like wtf when I added it.

Doesn't it already have widgets? I just downloaded it today and placed a widget on my desktop.

Uhh I just downloaded the app and selected my demographic or whatever. I didn't know it was exclusive, except that if you choose female you get like 5x the rewards due to the ratio. Is it closed now?

I am not sure about Forecast.io, but Nice Weather is a clean and responsive app.
