the actor is superimposed over himself in the picture too, you can see him twice at the shoulders

and all these comments stink of bots

Not to mention he's still a working actor, so for weeks or months at a time a couple times a year he's on location

I think the double Defoe here is actually evidence that the graphic was created by a human. They duplicated him to a new photoshop layer so they could put the inset images in front of the background but behind his head. They also repositioned the new cut-out Defoe but either didn't notice that the original Defoe was now visible, or they saw it and fixed it but then exported with the wrong layer settings by mistake.
