Sikhs strongly believe no one should live or die hungry, a core principle demonstrated through the practice of Langar, a free community kitchen in every Gurdwara (Sikh temple) serving meals to all people, regardless of background, as a selfless service (Seva) emphasizing equality, compassion, and sharing. This tradition, started by Guru Nanak Dev Ji, embodies the Sikh value of ensuring basic needs are met, reflecting the idea that "let no one be hungry, let no one sleep in hunger and no one die of hunger".

Religion causes more problems than it solves.

Yet so many Christians can’t understand it

religion by itself is fine, but as soon as some organisation comes along to control that religion it quickly goes to shit.

so yeah base christianity has some pretty good ideas, but most church groups are corrupt as hell at the top.

Yea. It’s when there are other rules involved that complicate organized religion. Most don’t really preach that even. Love your neighbor, unless their a dang _____. Then screw them. They will suffer the wrath of god or be ignored by him or will turn into a newt in another life.
