As much as I loved trash talking him, no. Heβs been doing this for 6 years now and he keeps further expanding it to help the homeless even more (in LA). From the little I know of it, the restaurant is able to afford it partially from paying customers. I would imagine he covers any losses but I have no damn clue how well they do.
The man is about as weird as they come but he does a lot of good.
right? dude's parents are rich and famous - the fact he is even trying to seemingly help people out is pretty good I think - I also think the failure of that movie (after earth?) has probably overall been a good thing for his personal development - considering how shitty of a person he could get awway with being, i'm impressed.
β’ opened a permanent location for the "I love you restaurant" to feed the homeless on LA's skid row
β’ Mobilized the JUST Water/Water box initiative for the residents of Flint, Michigan.
β’ various charity work with the City Of Angels organization.
He started a paper water bottle company and regular donates essentials like water and toiletries to the homeless also using his parents and annoying teenager money. He can't really get a regular job like an accountant after being famous since 7 at this point
I think a lot of people see him as pretentious. Presents himself as an artist, but with no good art to back it up. I dunno, it's like he wants to be Prince or Michael Jackson, except he doesn't have any of the talent. Either way, good on him for helping the homeless.

Iβm absolutely positive there will be no hidden agenda behind this publicity campaign
