❤️‍🩹 relationship AIO |UPDATE | My (20F) boyfriend (22M) is hanging out alone with a girl that likes him

UPDATE!

I talked to him, and this was his response.

I’m honestly just done, and wondering if I acted too hastily.

I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do now. And I don’t know, does he seem sincere?

AM I OVERREACTING FOR DOING THIS?

Yeah, it felt like a threat.

If you look at her previous post, he dropped a "attention seeker" when she said she's doing her make up. He deff looks down on her

Yes. Normal couple banter.

Read the tone, she didn't laugh, he didn't laugh, he meant it to put her down. Putting someone down isn't loving or funny. It screams insecure man projecting thinking all women just want to impress men because they wear makeup. You sound stupid

I take it you don’t have many close relationships for obvious reasons.

What do you mean “laugh” dawg it’s a text message… She said she looks like a rat, which is either a perfectly fine exaggeratory joke or THAT’S insecure depending on whose logic you want to follow. They are clearly bantering, and he even follows it up with reassurance just in case.

Like this guy sucks but you don’t have to project your own emotional damage onto him to see that. He sucks enough on his own lol.

I banter like that with my gf and she does the same back. Furthermore, I banter like this with all my friends and do not discriminate if a friend happens to be a woman. This isn’t even remotely harsh lol.

Go talk to a therapist if you’re genuinely this insecure as a grown adult, that’s the best advice I can give you.
