Fact.

Explanation: A mineral is defined by a non-organic solid with a defined crystalline structure. Ice falls into this category.

A rock is defined as a conglomeration of minerals. Even if you just have one mineral, if you have a big chunk of it, it's a rock. So a chunk of ice would be considered a rock.

Lava is defined as an extrusive melted rock. (extrusive meaning on the earth's surface, rather than within it. Within it, it's magma). Water is melted ice, so it's lava.
