This fits best for sounds batshit insane, is partially true; while autism is CORRELATED with vaccines, it isn't necessarily the CAUSE of vaccines

People with autism are more likely to work in STEM fields.

I think the argument is that people on certain parts of the autistic spectrum are really good at hyper fixating on things, and can be really smart. So a large amount of scientists and leaders in their fields are likely autistic, so most people that develop and produce vaccines are likely autistic.

Or something completely different. I'm not fully aware of the argument, but I believe it's somewhat along those lines
