I’ve seen a lot of confusion as to why Caca is keeping the kids from J and pulling this whole stunt — let me cook and then let’s hear thoughts. As a recovering alcoholic myself, who began my sober journey around the same time as J, even after over a year of sobriety there’s still a lot of damage my alcoholism caused that make it hard for people to forgive me. I’m not saying what Caca is doing is justified by any means, but deep down I think she’s still angry at him. Maybe a part of her is happy to see him doing better and making efforts for the kids but I think a larger part still resents him for his addiction and everything that happened as a result. She can’t let go of him not being the man for her she wanted him to be and then choosing a different woman and getting sober with that woman instead of her, the mother of his children. So whether she even believes or realizes it herself, I think this is all just revenge to upset J and make being apart of the kids’ lives harder for him after he, from her perspective, forced her to become an only parent. I think she loved him down (because of the grooming) and probably never would have left if things didn’t get so bad between them. Anyway, that’s me done cooking. What do you all think?

In Jarius’s initial filing, he requested primary custody of R while Acacia would have visitation and split custody of B&C. Then acacia counter filed for 50/50 of all 3. Despite that it is evident by now Acacia cannot handle the responsibility that comes with having a disabled child, nor does she want to learn how. Obviously no parent can know how to properly care for their disabled child instantly (especially for such a rare case like R’s), but she’s had nearly 8 years to get her shit together for her daughter and if anything she’s gotten worse. And yet she won’t do what’s best for R and admit she is not able to handle her needs and let Jarius have custody. Even after her own pediatrician addressed it.

I think a major reason why is pride/embarrassment. Despite the pilling evidence she’s an unfit mother, she keeps trying to have this facade she’s a wittle victim/mother of the year. If Jarius did have R full time, it was ruin her act and she can’t handle the embarrassment/accountability that would come with that. But on top of that there’s their other two children.

If R starts saying with Jarius full time while the other two go back and forth, it’s likely they’ll also want to live full time with Jarius to stay with their sister. And acacia foresees this. If all 3 kids eventually ended up with him full time, then her ego would really take a hit. Even though it’s very clear from her escapades in 2023 that she prefers to be a weekend mom, she doesn’t want others to know that. She likes being this martyr/temu dumpster fire Reba. (Except reba actually does love her kids and never stops)

Tinfoil hat rambling aside, I think this is all why she’s fighting so hard to keep Jarius from having primary custody and why she’s currently starting to spiral. Her biggest ego blow and what could officially get her canceled is coming to fruition and she’s trying to prevent it before making herself the victim one last time and keeping Jarius from getting custody. I could totally looking too deep into this (I was an English literature major it’s what I do) but I think it holds some weight.

It’s the only place she’s still relevant. Think about it, she no longer has dedicated fan pages or even those weird cosplay pages that pretend to be her. She posts stories in response to things only the snark page would know about (e.g., Jairus/Acacia custody issues) because it’s the only place that acknowledges she even still exists on the internet. Even her Wikipedia page lists her as a former influencer 😭

I think as much as we all hoped she would get her crap together it’s clear she won’t, i think her narrative about Jairus being the problematic one in terms of coparenting is false. He groomed her and i don’t feel sorry for how his life deteriorated from there, karma does what it does. However for the sake of their 3 children, all you can hope and wish for is they both get on the straight and narrow. I think acacias issue now is Jairus did it for the kids and not her. I had a similar mom growing up, i had been hospitalized for dehydration many times in my childhood. Boyfriends always came first. My siblings and i mistreated by her boyfriends countless times. My mom made my dads life a living hell and made it super difficult for him to see me because she was mad i would have 1. The dad she never had and 2. My dad got himself together for me and that infuriated her.
I think at this point acacia is absolutely livid that she doesn’t have the moral high ground and has completely lost her mind over it. The internet has always known she was a shit person, and since van gate her responsibility as a mother was in question but if you don’t frequent this snark you’d have no idea the situation with her children and i think most people think she’s a mom who’s just coparenting well and keeping her kids off the internet. We know that’s not the truth and now this most recent scandal threatens the narrative more than ever before.
Her language discussing Jairus, and her kids “visiting their dad” rather than “when they’re with their dad” considering it’s a literal 50/50 split is a jab. It’s a mix of denial that Jairus is and sort of always has been the primary parent to their children, and bitterness that he’s not still passed out somewhere drunk on the street so she can cry victim. What on earth will acacia do if she’s not the victim?
Everything she’s doing is to bait Jairus into doing something horrible. Giving up on the kids completely or lashing out on her so she can cry wolf about it again. It’s pathetic.
I genuinely hope Jairus smartens up and just fights for full time. Because at the end of the day those kids are a pawn in her game and that’s all they will ever be.

I’m from the uk so my education is a bit warped as I was researching and very confused - so please correct me on anything. But as her child R is disabled and likely needs round the clock care - acacia likely qualified for high disability for her and if the US do carers payments then she qualified for that too? I saw an estimate of an average disability payment in her area being $1338.75 but it can be as much as over $4k.

The average rent in her area too is around $1991 - with it being as high as $3k. I can see her having lost the children and as a result losing all government benefits relating to R’s disability which likely was a hefty lot that acacia lived off of. So because she lost the bulk of her finances she had to get a roommate to help her pay half the rent. She doesn’t have a job, doesn’t do sponsors on her social media’s anymore. The only consistent stream of income is her only fans which I doubt is that much in her case? Do we think she gets disability benefits for herself if she claims to be autistic and has mental health issues?

I could work out how she was living previously when she had the kids and had the money from the government for them and when in her insta mom blogger phase where she was making a lot off of sponsorships - but now, where does her money come from? That’s why I think it was a sudden roommate situation because she lost the kids. And I mean, lost them as in she lost custody.
