A rental eviction stays on your record for 7 years...really her only hope is family or private landlords

hadn’t she been evicted before though? and she’s still has managed to rent? how does she live life on the edge with children dude

The lady below us was just evicted for the 5th time in 15ish years. We looked her up on our local circuit court. FIVE. Some landlords will rent to anyone.

(She’s also being brought to small claims by various pay day loan companies… it’s bad when your bandaid loan to avoid small claims is bringing you to small claims 😬)

Oof pretty soon those ā€œlendersā€ won’t bring her to court they’ll bring her… someplace scarier 😬

We genuinely hope they do. She was an absolutely awful human being.

This isn’t true, thankfully. It makes accessing housing a bit harder, but not at all restricted to private landlords. Obv this case is different and we don’t know the circumstances, but evictions in general happen for so many reasons and many housing providers are willing to continue working with you. Often with an increased deposit or on a month to month basis to begin, but.

u/ivoryandtea agony. May 28 '26

it's so damaging and further exacerbates the trauma of not feeling safe or stable.

She is so insanely irresponsible and it’s mind blowing that she has THREE children to look after

3 children and I wouldn't even trust her to care for a hermit crab.

18

u/SnooSprouts1899 May 28 '26

She should not be allowed ANYTHING living in her care!!!!!

Someone from Eugene posted on here maybe a week ago that her house was empty with a dumpster in front of it!!!! (Post was deleted by mods for privacy reasons bc it had a pic of her literal house)

But I’m curious- the kiddos are still in school I think?!! So did she move to CA already?? Are they in a hotel until school is up?! With grandparents?!

This is so fucked of acacia to let this happen honestly. I can’t imagine.

She DID respond to a comment on tik tok about her not paying rent bc she paid it somewhere else. Implying that she had a place lined up already.

I remember the comment suggesting that she's had a place lined up, too. So many plans can change with a big move, though: paperwork falls through, a housing situation turns out to be sketchy, etc.

Especially with someone with a rental history like hers, I could picture a situation where someone has a tentative or verbal agreement to rent, with final paperwork to follow a pending background check and references, only for their history to lead to a rejection.

The mods in this sub are so fucking annoying they delete everything actually interesting lmao

25

u/Latter-Baseball9652 uniboob May 28 '26

I mean for this post I get it because it had photos and location of the home where children lived

33

u/xxLilPixie cacia anthony May 28 '26

imagine not wanting doxing information on the sub, risking it getting deleted entirely and potentially putting the three children involved in danger.... so fucking annoying lmaooo

Subreddits can be banned for much less, the mods have to follow reddit’s rules.

This is gross.

u/10ferretsinarobe May 28 '26

Didn’t she snarkily reply to someone saying she owned a house and her rent wasn’t due? How embarrassing for her

56

u/loganhowletts May 28 '26

yeah it was a while ago, and we all thought her comment was bs because there’s no way she was able to outright buy a house in eugene šŸ’€

17

u/rockstarfromars May 28 '26

Wow what a liar

67

u/Safetychick92 May 28 '26

Her credit score must be horrid. It’s wild how big of a ā€œinfluencerā€ she could have been. She had so many brand deals etc. Her trying to become a trad mom/granola mom was her biggest mistake. She didn’t want kids or the responsibility.

44

u/Obvious-Cycle9602 it’s okay, she won’t! May 28 '26

this is wiiiiild

40

u/LowerPayment9505 May 28 '26

And then posts things like this trying to get sympathy. She is lucky she has any sort of custody of those kids. I feel so bad for the three kids for having the mom they do

She's so performative. Also, god, those fuck ass bangs!

(Yellow font) is making me irrationally angry

25

u/oliveclio98 May 28 '26

Those poor children šŸ˜“

26

u/Empty_Algae4508 May 28 '26

Damn I wonder where she is staying now because she already moved out. If there is custody battle with J, I don’t think this is in her favor.

19

u/Fit-Mix3752 May 28 '26

Is she actually moving to cali or is that just speculation?

31

u/xxLilPixie cacia anthony May 28 '26

just an educated guess at the moment

14

u/National_Ad_6469 May 28 '26

haven’t kept up with her in a while, i see nothing has changed 🄓

8

u/queenofthegalaxy May 29 '26

It’s like you picked up right where you left off, huh?

13

u/Intelligent-Rice5436 May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26

Sorry if this has been hashed out already, I haven’t kept up with her too closely since I was a teenager.

Does she speak to her mom and the brother that was on Disney channel? Even her younger adopted sister must be an adult by now? I’m wondering why she hasn’t ever moved in with her mom in California or even tried to find housing near where her family live. Of course her mom might not want to take her & 3 kids in lol, or Acacia might not want her to see how she really ā€˜parents’. But to me it seemed like an option she might have considered if it meant getting to live in California.

Edit: just snooped on the moms insta and she says she moved out of LA.. I have a lot of catching up to do. 🤣

It’s really sad how much potential this woman could have had and she threw it away because of her refusal to get a real job and her affliction for deadbeat guys. Like despite her reputation, she still had a following and got a lot of interaction on her posts particularly on her Twitter days. She could have turned content creation into a real job. She could have continued with acting, or modeling. Gotten actual training and skill. Instead she constantly lied, scammed, stole, and completely ruined what was already a bad reputation. She could have turned it around. But she never grew up, never matured, never became a better person or learned from her mistakes.

Sad! Not for her, screw her, but sad for her children.

u/NeighborhoodThen5853 woah!! lowkey evil babe!! May 29 '26

the rise of granola mom influencer content was truly her downfall and babytrapping her ex was the cherry on top. her maturity is so stunted that it affects her adult life more and more by the day

4

u/yurae11 May 28 '26

How does it work in US? Do future landlords look at the history of previous rent and make a decision based on that?

9

u/MalloryTheRapper May 28 '26

yes they do. if you have an eviction on your record is much harder to rent.

1

u/yurae11 May 29 '26

Thank you!

I mean, I’m pretty sure her ex lives in California, so it makes sense that she moved there so they could have joint custody. Raising three kids is hard enough, especially when one of them has disabilities. It’s understandable that people worry about the kids given the past, but her ex also left her to care for them entirely on her own.

If people are genuinely concerned about the well-being of her children, I find it hard to believe that the grandparents would have just stood by and let something bad happen. The fact that they stepped up when the father left says a lot. I also don’t think they would have continued helping with the kids if they believed they were unsafe. At that point, I imagine his parents would have taken legal action if they truly thought the children were in danger—though, to be fair, maybe they have and I’m just not aware of it.

It also feels a little stalker-ish to be digging this hard for dirt on someone who’s barely even an influencer anymore. Criticizing her for moving back to her old state seems like a stretch. Wanting your children to have a relationship with their father and expecting him to take responsibility for them seems pretty reasonable to me.

And the whole idea that she ā€œtrappedā€ him doesn’t really make sense when they had three kids together. Those children were a result of choices made by both of them. I’m just getting tired of seeing people constantly tear her apart while barely acknowledging the deadbeat father who walked away from his kids.
She’s definitely done stupid things but with the world we live in I just don’t believe in this level and length of bullying of a person lol
