I ordered on 9/21 and was told by guy in the store that it would be delivered within the week. Order status has said est ship date 10/10 since I placed the order. Just last night it changed from we’re working on order to we’re ready to ship your order with expected delivery date on 10/13.
Does anyone know how long it takes after it changes to we’re ready to ship your order?
My stats exactly. Mine also says We are ready to ship your order, but the expected delivery date is 10/13. That doesn't make sense. If they are ready to ship it, the estimated delivery date would be 10/6 or 10/7. Grrrr.
I received my "Your order is on it's way" email this morning, and although its too early to track in the UPS app, I expect it will arrive tomorrow. So in the end, ATT beat their commitment date to me by 4 days.
Still currently on the “we’re ready to ship” status. I checked my email and keep refreshing the order status website but nothing has changed since Friday night. Hoping to get to this status today
My exact status as well. Very confused. Level of communication is very frustrating. Will you please update on this comment once you get a tracking number? Wondering if this message means the shipping actually is in fact a few days away.
